East Sussex Building Control is a Partnership organisation of four local authorities, covering Eastbourne and Hastings Boroughs, and Rother and Wealden Districts.
By providing a shared service over multiple authorities, customers working across the region can utilise a single point of contact for Building Regulations queries and applications, and expect a greater degree of consistency in service.
We aim to work with and alongside property owners, architects, engineers, builders and developers to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations.

If you are a builder working with an architect we will make sure wherever we can that plans have been fully checked prior to a start on site, and if this is not possible we urge you to keep in regular contact with us to avoid any issues.
